Jeanette’s workouts are so simple to follow! They’re the best especially if you typically feel overwhelmed by workouts. She does a great job letting you know to modify to fit your skill level. I have known Jeanette as a friend for years, but most recently in the last year or so committed to her 7 day and 14 day challenges. Her energy and positivity radiates in each video she makes and she takes you every step of the way in what workouts to do, what food types to stick to, and what habits and hang-ups to break.
